Cross Sections / Organics (acids) / DNCO / Brownsword(1997)_298K_193nm

DATAFILE: DNCO_Brownsword(1997)_298K_193nm.txt
NAME: isocyanic acid-d
FORMULA: DNCO
AUTHOR(YEAR): Brownsword(1997)
T: 298K
λ: 193nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: D.A. Brownsword, M. Hillenkamp, T. Laurent, R.K. Vatsa, and H.-R. Volpp, "Photodissociation dynamics in the UV laser photolysis of DNCO: Comparison with HNCO", J. Chem. Phys. 106, 4436-4447 (1997); DOI: 10.1063/1.473489
COMMENTS: Absorption cross section at the ArF laser line

The ratio of the absorption cross sections of DNCO and HCl was measured, giving a value of σ(DNCO)/σ(HCl) = 3.2 ± 0.2; the absorption cross section of DNCO was obtained using the recommended (JPL-2002) absorption cross section of HCl
